One of the rarest records in danceclassics rare-groove gallery is this stunning record from
Carla Bagnerise on HIP Records. An authentic modern dancer from 1985 with heavenly nice synths
and strong vocals, produced by John Barilla. On the other side there's a cool extended vocal version,
mixed by David Morales. A wonderful twelve inch single that seems to be almost impossible to find.
'Special Thing' was also released as a 7 inch single which, fortunately, is quite easier to find.
Carla Bagnerise worked with artists like El Debarge, Norman Connors and Stevie Wonder,
mainly as a background singer. Nowadays she does commercials and writes books.
